Every morning I sip a cup with a flavor mix of Information Technology (IT) and Business Financial Planning, Enforcing Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) teamed up with the right tools offering to aid Change Management, Enforce policies and regulations, Operational Cost Reduction (OCR), Return on Investment (ROI) realization, and re-engineering business processes.

In short English: I enforce best practices, standards, and design patterns available in the market to cut down operational cost in the large corporate using IT.

My technical experience as an IT consultant building connected systems – SharePoint, BizTalk, and Visual Studio Team System – played a big role in digitizing our paper plans into actual results, making planning actuality. I had an edge over my peers that I could tune and relate to the business channel and at the same time visualize the IT service offering and the IT solution architecture, wearing both business and IT caps in meetings.

Being a Governance expert (ITIL v3.0, COBIT, and Prince 2) and recognized internationally: awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award 4 times, I know that I can deliver an excellent blend of business and IT helping companies in the direction of an improved response for business agilities and informative decision making to cut down their operational costs, forecast risk, and realize the ROI on IT.

Community wise, I’m a big enthusiast and sponsor for the IT community focusing on East Med and the Arab Gulf. During 9 years of community support and a record of over 400 presentations in local and regional events, I was recognized by Microsoft and awarded the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award 4 times (2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010).
